The South Shore See Say App provides riders with a convenient method to report any safety or security concerns directly to the police. Users can submit photos, six-second videos, text descriptions, and locations of suspicious individuals or activities discreetly. The app offers two straightforward options for users to contact the police:

• The "Report an Issue" feature enables users to send text or photos directly to law enforcement. The camera flash is automatically disabled for discreet photo capture. Users can specify locations and report categories to aid the police. Furthermore, riders have the option to submit reports anonymously.
• The "Call 911" button connects users directly to emergency services.

The application is optimized for reliable performance even in areas with poor signal strength. Reports sent from regions with no cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity are stored and transmitted once the connection is restored. Additionally, the system prioritizes sending text descriptions before photos to provide swift information to law enforcement.

Extra Features:

• BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts: This feature may display alerts issued by the police regarding specific persons of interest. For instance, South Shore See Say could provide details about missing individuals or children, including their last known location. If encountering a person from a BOLO alert, users are advised to call 911 immediately and discreetly submit an app report.
